She leads Ember’s interoperability advisory work and strategic partnerships practice, helping clients navigate the policy, technical, and relationship dynamics that shape healthcare innovation.

Sarah brings experience translating complex public health, policy, and healthcare issues into clear strategy, trusted communication, and community-based programs. Sarah contributes through Carrigan Health Strategies, supporting Ember clients in moving from insight and intention to clear communication and practical implementation.

Lauren holds an MPH in Health Policy and Management from George Washington University.
Lauren guides organizations at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and policy, helping them navigate a highly regulated industry while driving scalable, equitable solutions. She brings cross-functional expertise, connecting federal and state policy dynamics to the operational and financial mechanics of healthcare delivery across the full revenue cycle, FQHC operations, coalition development, and applied research and policy analysis for clients advancing digital health, telehealth, and public health innovation.
