Nadine brings experience translating complex health data, technology, and interoperability challenges into practical strategy, trusted partnerships, and real-world implementation. She leads Ember’s interoperability advisory work and strategic partnerships practice, helping clients navigate the policy, technical, and relationship dynamics that shape healthcare innovation.

Public health and healthcare strategist with 15+ years of experience leading national communications, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives across the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), healthcare institutions, and nonprofit organizations.
Sarah brings experience translating complex public health, policy, and healthcare issues into clear strategy, trusted communication, and community-based programs. Sarah contributes through Carrigan Health Strategies, supporting Ember clients in moving from insight and intention to clear communication and practical implementation.
